I have to admit that when I saw the precision brush I thought, "meh, if anything my son can use this for his water-colour masterpieces". But more and more, I find myself reaching for this little gem. I've used it as a lip brush, a lash line blender, and as a brush to apply concentrated colour to my outer V.

I'm a big fan of the pointed foundation brush. I use it to apply concealer and highlighter.

Now. I have tried my fair share of contour brushes. I've tried the NARS Ita Kabuki brush, various MAC brushes, I've even custom trimmed my brushes to try to create the perfect contour brush. This brush is the Holy Grail of contour brushes. The bristles are compact and domed enough to apply a concentration of colour, whereas they are soft enough to be able to nicely blend out your product so that you don't end up with a stripy face- never a good look.

So, there you have it. I'm at the top of the mountain, friends. Whether you're looking to expand your current brush collection or your just starting off and have no idea where to start, the Real Techniques Core Collection comes highly recommended.

XOXO,

Christine.
